Practice for Freedom/ Kate Alexandra
Story
"Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu"
May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts words and actions of my life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all.
As a devoted student and teacher of yoga, I'm committed to living my practice on and off the mat.
I run a boutique home studio on Sydney's lower north shore - Shambhala House of Yoga and I've joined Be Free Yoga as an Ambassador for Freedom, pledging to raise awareness and funds to fight human trafficking and slavery.
On the first Wednesday of every month my Hub Yoga class- 12pm at Hub Sydney, 101 William Street Darlinghurst- will be a 'Practice for Freedom'. Class theme will be on liberation and I'll be donating 100% of class fees to Project Futures, an Australian non profit organisation that combats human trafficking and sexual exploitation globally. Class is by donation, minimum $10, any greater contribution you can make will help! Bring cash to class and it will be donated on your behalf on this page. And if you cant come to class you are still welcome to donate here.
Thanks for your support.
